The team at Zitcha approached us with a big vision: to be a fresh new force in retail media.

Zitcha is a high-performance, all-channel platform that empowers retailers and suppliers to get the most out of their media networks. They expected high performance, smart and intelligent interfaces and user flows, and we have relished the challenge.

What we've done

12+ feature experiences collaboratively brought to life, working with C-level right through to development team

We are an extension of the Zitcha team, providing strategic experience design recommendations and offering collaborative design and content development on a daily basis.

In these sessions, we validate product assumptions, uncover new opportunities, and inform the product roadmap to accelerate high performance and reduce pain points.

We collaboratively maintain a UI design system to improve experience consistency and development speed

We’ve created a collection of reusable UI elements and patterns, guided by clear standards, that can be assembled together to build interfaces at scale. Our design system guidelines result in less back-and-forth between designers and developers, and reduced friction in the collaborative process.

After rolling out more than a dozen features in less than two years, and with their impressive recent announcement of $4.7 million in seed funding, Zitcha is committed to staying ahead of the curve and continuing to innovate.

The team at Zitcha is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve and providing innovative solutions to the rapidly growing retail media industry. Their platform is still rapidly scaling, and co-founder & CEO Troy Townsend and team are planning to expand to North America, Asia, and Europe.
